the same gate that leads to world map, from there go up a little then left.
tho when u about to finish the game the greatest gearss and weapon are loot comes from cosmos.

I've been to that place before, I tried asking upstairs and interacting with the weapons but they don't prompt anything

maybe cuz u still in the beginning, tbh most of it is trash except the last three traders, so i advice u to loot from enemy and only buy potions and orbs
also messages me if u need help
How to get that gear?? And where the place?? I don't see a quest to fight goddess of love on that shop

1-immortal blade : get it from sub-quest 50 :Forgotten Place
Cyril discovers the hero's tomb
Collect eight hero tokens in a sidequest to enter the Land of the End, and a trust level of 80 is also required

2 &3 -goddess's outfit : get it from quest 45, Sacred Precincts (Mysterious Ruins) [Trust Level 80 or higher] True Ending Requirements ◆ Goddess's Clothes ★ Goddess's Garment
4- radiant armor, random enemy drop, got in the end if the game, before fighting the real final boss. tho u have to fight a numbers of enemy, if u could not find it and u are certain u are fighting the last minions then forget about it and place what u think fits.
5-scythe of the ruler: sub-quest 47 :
Ruins of the Mysterious Mansion
Solve the mystery of the mysterious mansion that exists between time.
[Philosopher's Stone] aim not sure i u can get scythe of the ruler here, if u could not find it here search in the last three traders
