Generally after a divorce, guardianship defaults to the biological parent, not the stepparent. But it is odd that stepchildren always go with stepparents in these games.

As far as I understand, this is the last thing that is in the update, regardless of the choice? 
there is a dream sequence which that's what you are playing in the beginning of the game.
basically.... mc has a dream of going to motel, getting to city, mc stepmom gets hair done by some waitress at waitresses house and mc is dreaming within the dream about his mom needing "relief" and bends over for the waitress who happens to be futa/trans. then wakes up in the car with his stepmom only to realize it was all a dream then the "real" story begins.
Really? No skip, back or save options?? And texts covering the other options when you are typing the name etc. Poorly made in my opinion for android apk

The choice of either being a cuck and watching mc's mom get fucked or stopping it and having mc fucked in the ass as a consequence is kinda lame, thank god you can avoid that route entirely so far.
Dev's also seems to like adding loli's in the maybe 10-13 year old range that are getting fucked by their parent's, at least 3 so far. You also get forced into certain things based on stats. You catch a woman fucking a loli looking about 13 on camera and with 5+ lust you auto pick too fuck the loli but with low lust you fuck the mom not sure why these things are not just a choice rather than semi forced. Not trying to hate on loli lover's just think it's a strange descision.

Yeah you need to have a bit of an open mind and like kinky stuff to be able to enjoy this game. I quite like it so far, but the sex scenes are way too short.

first motel, returning after the money drop, and now in this little maybe-village you see father bump her if you click the shop and she offers at the end of the game.

The first loli is still in the game but the animation and a few images were removed dev seems to hide their tits most of the time for some reason, but you still see her from behind climb onto the fat dude. The second loli is after taking the money getting fucked by mom? a woman on camera. The 3rd loli is sitting outside a shop which later you see an obscured scene of the dad fucking her and then right at the end the 3rd loli which you seem to be about to fuck this time with a choice for it as the vn ends. It's kinda weird as these scene exist but the dev seems to hide them slightly even while mc is fucking one of them you only see one or 2 images of what they look like and the rest is from behind or hidden like the shop guy or the first loli.
