Which would be fine if she wasnt the one to initiate the discussion in the first place. Shes the one lacking social grace. And we dont try to solve her problems, shes the one asking us these questions in the first place. She requests us to comment but then gets mad at our comment if it doesnt align with what she wants to hear. Again, this is basically the behaviour of socially inept people or incels.
i think the basic idea is to remind you that, as much as they hold on a conversation with you, there's still a VAST social difference between you two, and under the minor "inconvenience", they will make clear the dynamic that you're their employee, they pay your salary, you're lower class than they are, "if you could solve my problems you'd be more than just a mere driver".
I too got my blood boiling when I read that, but it is what it is. Rich people are

rich spoiled brat daughter of a magnate,
two others are women married for money (I like the dark haired one a bit more because, even tho she's an asshole, at least she's honest), one is a
