Yes. This is what I was talking about. The discrepancy in subs is unbelievable. I really don't understand why. I get the "omg the mom looks so good" until a point...but that fades after some time. At least for me it does. And you're left with what? Promises, excuses and hopes. That's a shitty way to gain money...

That is one thing I truly do not understand. How the frak is it possible that the lazy, lying disgrace of a developer gumdrop is racks in nearly 10k of money, while developers worthy of that name like you have much less patreon money coming in?
Sometimes I theorise gumdrop is a patreon mole sent to disrupt the development of adult games on their site through crashing the model by his shady practises. Nowhere in the economy do you get pampered with money for the things he does. Being consistenly breaking promises and deadlines kills a firm faster than a MG 42 on full auto pointed at your navel.
Under normal circumstances it is absolutely impossible that anybody does have so many dumb sheep to milk.

I'm watching the Gumdrop Games group on discourd. There's this guy, JJR his nickname. He started by making some pretty fair and obvious statements I'm not going to lie ... They fucked him in the group when he started saying that ... fuck was something from the point of view of who invested and Kyle's point of view.
From nowhere a group started to say that he's too dumb, his point of view sucks ... Dude ... I suspected too much.
It seems that Kyle already has company. The comrades simply detonate those who speak ill of Kyle.

I've just read all of your comments here and trust me, I agree with all of it. Dual Family is basically what introduced me to this type of games and the feeling I felt after the end of the episode was unbearable. I was just hooked into it so badly that I had to walk around the room for a few minutes just to calm down so I wouldn't write a stupid comment here. Gumdrop knows how badly people want new episodes (just look at his patreon) so he benefits from the situation as long as he can. After he finishes Dual Family, he most likely will lose most of his patreons and might never create a game as wanted as this. Just my two cents.

Sounds like a bunch of idiots are subsidizing his incompetence. If there's anyone to blame, its his current Patrons. I myself was a previous patron and am never returning because of his horrible track record. Also I'll admit I generally don't advocate for pirating save for demo purposes but developers such as this are exceptional in making it feel justified in some strange way that I rather not dwell on considering its ethical implications. Oh well... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
