This game feels like a stripped down version of Dungeon's Legion. Less girls, sex scenes and even less monster and trap variety.
There are unfortunately few games like that. And none that quite satisfy me.
Can I recommend you "Dungeon KeepHer" and "Suzukuri Dungeon"?

Also, demonion 2 has a prequel, but not on site as it's untranslated. There is a ui translation for it though.
Both demonion games have some monster fucking heroines, but I'm pretty sure you can avoid in both. Same with the game goldenlord linked. Some monster fucking, but I think it's avoidable.

Those two actually don't force you into being cucked by your own troops. Which is nice.
Unfortunately both suffering from most of the problems of japanese games:
1. censorship. both games are censored so I can't enjoy the sex art because its all censored.
2. extraordinary grind
3. Suzukuri Dungeon dials up to 11 the already extraordinary grind by requiring to replay the entire game multiple times to see the true ending. as it is literally impossible to get it on first attempt even if you both cheat and use a walkthough.
4. MTL on demonion. The other one has an actually decent translation according to reviewers.
I am reminded of kamidori alchemy meister... i spent literally 200 hours playing it and was not even close to done.
I genuinely loved that game, but holy shit do I not have the time to invest that much hours into a porn game.
Suzukuri Dungeon... too much grind.
Demonion... I will hope they one day get a translation instead of MTL

But the comments are saying this one forces you to be cucked by your monster minions.
I am looking for games where you, the demon lord / dungeon master, are NOT forced to share your girls with minions.

Yeah... but Lazy Dungeon Master has like 17 novels (240ish pages each if I remember) and is actually entertaining if you enjoy mildly echi writing, dungeon building mechanics, and the humour strikes your fancy (MCs monomania is feet).
