Have you tried the game 'Pretty Warrior May Cry'? Its an old game, but still decent. Found it here:

I'm not sure if it falls under the usual dungeon maker genre, but i recommend giving it a try.

I think MC doesn't have sex scenes at all in that game. He exists only as a dungeon's weak point.
