Did you sent a ticket?
the alert you posted asks you to send them a ticket, not a report.
I had gotten it a few times and every time i sent a ticket and was able to resolve it.
a ticket lets you have a conversation with the mods instead of just sending them a one time report
at top left of the page it says "tickets". use that

I think that you should add the updates here too, me and maybe others like a dev that's engaging with their players/followers of their game here too, even if this is an adult games pirate forum.

after multiple posts with no reaction I though no one read it so I gave up on posting here.

Reworked her face, [left is the new one, right is the old one] to match the title's cover

Made her custom sprite
I finished the 1st town map.
made the new guild place[new chapter, they got upgrade]
New event, etc etc.

New cat talks like this

“It’s just me cleaning mya self nya”

She then pick up the towel and start drying herself

“And hya I though I might get some fun in the mwoning nya”
