Wow, don't get maniacal and hysterical just because someone tells the truth, OK? It might be the only common sense in your tiny cocky head that EVERY magic world based on DnD and Scandivania myth MUST have balloon boobs. Still, the rest of us are capable of keeping another one in mind: In a magic world that is full of humans, mages and humanoids, people's body proportions should be like humans and humanoids, even before they learn to use magic. So what, in your pathetic brain, the first thing people do when they learn how to use magic is casting a spell for an anti-gravity breast augment IN A MAGIC WORLD?

I agree with many others; such absurd balloon breasts look, ALIEN, which exactly CONTRADICTS the MAGIC world that is based on DnD and other medieval European myths, where elves and succubus live, you dumb ass!

Also, did the dev make an alt account to give this piece of crap a positive review?

I don't think those words mean what you think they do, but you sure made yourself look fitting for that description.

I have 2 key words for you: Fantasy and Porn.
It's not meant to be realistic. So why you are trying to bring realism into someone's fantasies? Who is to say that fantasy worlds work the same way as ours? Just move on if this doesn't appeal to you.

I would think that giving your game a positive review on a piracy site would be counterproductive. Why would you want more pirates drawn to your game?

Then again we’re probably not likely to buy the game anyways, so no harm in promoting it via a good review. There are definitely better ways a game dev could spend their time than making fake reviews, like fixing their game.

Obviously not. There are many types of women in the world, so it's obvious that not all of them will be a turn on to you, and that's specially true with outliers, extreme things, and things that are not real at all. The same is also valid for men, and also it doesn't have anything to do with sexuality.
Some examples: a lesbian girl doesn't become straight for not liking massive breasts, a gay guy doesn't become straight for not liking hairy guys, a straight girl doesn't become lesbian for not liking beards, a straight guy doesn't become gay for not liking huge asses, and I'm not asexual for not liking any of these examples.

Fixing a game is harder than making fake reviews.
And "pirate sites are 100% bad" is not true at all, since it may be some form of giving the game more visibility and all. But it's true: it's really a minority that will care about it in this way.

This thread's already derailed by page 2. I think I remember playing this game a long time ago, shrugged at its poor story, thought the gameplay was a good rookie attempt at a first /early project, and was glad to say my experience was otherwise brief and I hoped the developer would do a better project next time around.

That's all. It's a rookie project that could have been worse. It's not great but carries enough charm that you won't feel bad about having spent an hour with the game. It's just a technical test for the dev and affirmation that a good game needs way more upfront planning first.
