did you try deleting the plugin folder like someone mentioned in a slightly earlier comment?

Doing that breaks the gallery and animations. At this point I'm just gonna wait for someone else to fix it, I don't like messing around with game files cause I'm an idiot and would probably do permanent damage to my computer somehow

Install steam fix if you haven't already, it might be steam integration errors
