It's not only an overhaul, he changed the concept of the game.
The appeal went from being cucked to cucking someone. I'm not really happy with that, I think he should let the player choose what he prefers. Some people are more into netorare, and some are more into netorase.

In the update's description they mention that you get to choose if you want to cuck or be cucked

Even with the game overhauled I still don't know how to play this game. Usually when I lossed in the old version I'd still get sex scenes. But now that I'm playing as the bull it's like RNG favors the cuck.
Well I can't really find a "settings" button anywhere. How exactly am I supposed to choose the perspective if there's no visible settings button?
