Seems like the game dev just did an overhaul of the game.

New art, revamped gameplay, new cuckold sprites, new UI and Gallery...

also, a brand new DLC named "Total Humiliation"

Hopefully someone will be able to post the new update

Nice! I was really bummed I didn't get to play this properly cuz of the bug. And no one seems to be uploading the dev patch to fix it.
