i'm not sure who is this "girl without picture" you referring to, but when there's no scene you can collect upfront, then what you need to do is to explore every nook and cranny of the ruins, all of them, for treasures. and only then you can talk to all other mob girls, give them what you found, and then get rewarded with sex. simple
good thing is, if you got latest version, talk to little drone at the top of your house door. one of the choice will reveal the point of all treasure in the whole game
game in english? there's none. no english translation available
best you get is MTL which you need to apply some patch for

then yes, you need to find some treasure as i said and then talk to her, don't ask which, just hunt them all until your inventory is completely unlocked, then talk to everyone
dunno about mtl here, i don't use mtl, that's for weak

Man this looks like a great game, it's a real shame the mtl sucks. The art looks awesome, hopefully someone manually translates this to english.
i hate that from the first boss onwards, i just too easy. like, the first boss, i dodged and time my attacks, souls style.
the rest was like me standing and spamming drill attacks.

I just delete the game and reinstall it but it still not translate(I don't know what happen I just use auto translate for the first time)

Strange, for me all work. make screenshot with cmd console after game open. Red text this error, maybe someone help you here.

The garbled game title looks like a unicode problem. Have you tried changing your system locale to japanese or renaming the game to random english?
Not really sure what do you mean by "random english" but i tried remove jap character from .exe and _data and it still doesnt work. I tried to change my system in local japanse and it also doesnt work.
Edit : Ok my keyboard doesntwork on this game (idk why) I changed it and it seems to work now.
