How to get true end?

Do all side quest to have all material for crafting the holy sword that can deal damage to final boss( go to the shop that sell you spell scrolls and go crafting section)
At final boss dugeon find the door that have a protect seal (can only open if your sanity is 100)

There is a crytal ball in your item menu that tell all side quest/ h event ( it will give to you after you clear first dugeon). You can talk to the old lady at red light district to unlock/disable h event if you want to focus on side quest
