It's been a while since I played but as far as I remember she doesn't know about the surveillance since everything she's confronted with is stuff she told Elaine. So if anything she would think Elaine told everything. Again though, it's been a while since I played it.
Still hoping we even see this game updated again.

I do kinda worry that he’s written himself into a corner now that the cat’s out of the bag and Morgane knows about the surveillance. God forbid this turns into an NTS game

If it became a reverse ntr game it would be funny af, with Morgane become a cuckqueen.

When Elaine confronts Morgane in the final scene she talks about Avar seeing everything she’s done and knowing for months. She doesn’t explicitly mention that they have access to Morgane’s account, but inevitably the question will have to be asked.
