Does anyone know the link to the Struggle System MOD?

Depends on what kind of struggle system mod we're talking.
EverDriven adds a classic "mash out of grabs" mechanic as part of its base kit, only you gotta beat the game to activate it.
There's also another mod that makes struggles more like BarbFTR and enhances grabs, BUT it's heavily W.I.P and the game cannot be beaten with it enabled as it only contains animations for Delta, Lambda, and Worm for now.

Yeah, I've had the same issue, and somewhat fixed it by unplugging my keyboard before launching the game.
Not an ideal solution, but it worked for me.

how the fuck are we supposed to escape grabs and escape the snake girl? wtf? the animation takes so long, I think i'll just skip trying to defeat them altogether. also, is there no integer scaling? the game looks kinda bad on 1080p.

was going to send a pretty lengthy post here, but posted it as a review instead. Basically, I find the game difficulty to be extremely annoying with all the enemy attack spams that are hard to dodge and mapping dodge to the movement keys. I'm not into vore either so I suppose this isn't really for me. The art style is amazing though, but I guess it's pretty impossible to find an H game with good art that isn't either full of bugs, vore, or violence.

For real, It's like no one play tested this. Having a platform environment with traps while having to deal with a screen full of enemies with attacks that have large hit boxes. Some attacks will cause your player to loose control too and some guide you into an enemy grab. Who thought it was a good idea to have so much enemy clutter with all that going on. It's pretty bad and I left a negative review because of it.
