You clearly have no clue of what you are doing.
Having even a whiff of netorare in a game, like 2 of the girls having a go at each other, is enough to make the game have a netorare tag. From that moment on, a large percentage of the player base, will never see the game thread again. The only people that will come to your game are the ones interested in netorare.
But you don't want a whiff, you want a MC that prostitutes the girls he has in a "harem" of sorts. This is too much for any player that follows the Harem tag. Doesn't matter that it is optional, the stink of it is all over the thread. Look at how the conversation changed since the NTR was mentioned. This isn't even in the game and the thread is already dead or dying.
For example, you see people promoting games in their signatures, only players that like netorare will promote yours. This has become a NTR game. And that is what it will remain. And you, you are from now on a NTR Dev. Any game you do from now on will carry the stink of it. People will keep going to your games asking when the NTR will be added. Anyone that doesn't want NTR will then leave your game, even if you have no intention to add it, because everyone will expect you to add it at any moment.
I hope it was worth it.

I might add to what FatGiant wrote, that even if you (the dev) don't add NTR, people will still not trust you, because you're not answering ligitimate questions about the future tags. You're dodging to answer especially in regards of NTR, which leads to people already expecting you to add NTR. For them, it's not any longer a question, if you are adding it, it's a question, when you will be adding it. You have burnt yourself with your beahvior and no one else to blame. I mean, look at other game threads with harem and NTR, then you see, it either died quietly in the beginning because the dev was honest and kept his targeted fan crowd or it died with a big bang and a lot complaining of everyone, because the dev acted like you, which NEVER works. I had planned the NTR route and it was almost ready but it won't be added. It will be a harem game. I was thinking of making a synthesis of the two but then I changed my mind and removed NTR.

That's kind of a bad idea, too late to do that tbh. You should go with the original plan as you had already let others know so it is what they would be expecting.
Most harem/vanilla fans already put this on ignore.

Yeah no saving grace tbh, you must really like ntr to even considering adding it with harem (never works imo), so that as killed my interest straight away even if you have changed your mind, plus if you can not see how polar opposite harem and ntr/cuck is and think it was a good idea to start with

There's simply no coming back. Why?
Well, you started this game as a Harem game, then, decided to add it's opposite, trying, as you say, "to make a synthesis". When faced with some feedback, you are now going back to Harem. No one trusts that you will not simply go back again.
You now have a mountain in front of you. One of your own making. That mountain is: Player Trust. Or more accurately "Lost Player Trust".
It is clear that you had no idea that those 2 game concepts are completely opposed. By calling your "stable" of women to be prostituted a "harem", you shot both your feet off.

From reading that, you'll understand that those concepts can never be conciliated, the existence of one, automatically denies the other.
Now, what you mentioned was that you wanted to Prostitute the women. This, at face value isn't even Netorare, it's voluntary Sharing. Netorare focuses on the involuntary part. But, even so, it is anathema to anyone playing a Harem game, the point of the Harem being that the women are ONLY for the MC. Some authors take this literally, others go for the Polyamory angle, allowing the girls to have sex with one another within the Harem, no outsiders allowed. Let me tell you that this last one is quite often extremely criticized by the Harem purists.
If people have a problem (a very vocal one) against sharing INSIDE the Harem, imagine what they would have to say about prostituting the women. Technically it isn't NTR, but it is extremely distasteful to anyone that has the idea of building a Harem in the first place.
So, you created a very unpalatable situation.
What can you do? Well, since you now want to make a Harem game, just do it. I will not play it. But, maybe some will. Do it, and try to recover some of the Lost Trust.
To be truly and absolutely honest, I don't think this game will ever be completed. You started with an idea, a truly awful one, you have "changed your mind" and are now making a game you don't want to make. This only leads to this being abandoned, the only thing left to know, is how long it will take.
On your next game, if you don't just give up, try and inform yourself of the concepts before even thinking of the name.

Like many here already said, this 0.1 preview of the game offers too little content for anything review-related. I've rarely seen someone so bold (or stpd) to offer so little for funding. Good luck anyway.

The only thing I don’t agree on, Is that it’s NOT too late. I agree that starting a game with that in mind, is NOT good. But it’s clear the dev wasn’t very invested in their story if they said they wanted to add NTR for “fun”. For me, as long as they take their story and take it seriously, then they can make something good. But it DOES have to be a big change. There should at least be a rewrite to compensate for initial blunder.

Man just make the game you want to make dev it's that simple. Whoever isn't into the content of it just doesn't have to play it. Crazy concept I know.
The only thing that would actually be a bit alarming to me is how quick you're flipping around your plans. I could be wrong, but it's always a red flag to me since it kind of signals you might not have a lot of the game actually written/planned and are just doing things on the fly. Bad for hopefully obvious reasons.
