unzip this zip file into the EcstasyForth\Content\Localization\Game\en folder.
then use UE4localizationsTool to translate the text in game.locres file by youself.

Is there a translation feature in the localization tool, or do you have to manually do it one by one? You can also export it all as a csv so there should at least be a way to bulk translate the ext through that

You can export all the text into a txt file or csv file,then translate it by google or others,import the translated text into the game.locres file finally.This won't take much time.
I'm just providing a way to translate this game.I don't play this game,I don't know the translated text by google is correct or not.If any text isn't correct,you can edit it then reimport it into the game.locres file.

Does this game has rape scenes? Judging by screenshots its seems only paid dating/prostitution which is kinda weird for rpg game
