Is there any way to increase resolution/make picture less "pixelated"? The picture is so bad it actually hurts my eyes The only work around would be to upscale them with AI and re-import them into the game. The better method is to use Lossless Scaling (Borderless Gaming also received a recent update to bring it into the same realm as LS). I use it with every RPGM game without issue.
