I try to aim for a 2010's anime screenshot style where it looks a little grainy so it looks straight out of an anime. I used to have to manually add some grain/noise to my images. But now I train it on my own generations so everything has started looking more consistent over time. I also upscale ALL of my images from ~720 to ~4k, then I downscale to 1080 which helps with adding that grainy look and makes things crisp and unique looking

I've only started playing recently, I'm at the end of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 is unlocked for my chosen path (Goddess). But I'm hesitant to click Next Chapter in case the optional task I haven't found is lost in the process.
I'd really like to get the Optional Task "Messy BJ". I've tried anything and everything I can think of, still don't have a clue. Can I maybe get a hint how to trigger that scene?
Due to how the time system works on earlier chapters, you need to have sex with Lena in the Morning or Afternoon, then quickly go get a blowjob from Allie. Because in earlier chapters, time advances on menu changes. So once it goes from Night -> Morning, that "lena's gunk is on your junk status" is removed since you've slept/showered presumably
