for the first lines, most girl seem from anime/other games, like Hinata, Sakura, Asuka or Yennefer, but the antagonists in this story seem to be girls too, so maybe there could some of them turned into slaves after defeating them. (just me guessing)
The part about ntr is more vague, i've seen plenty of games were girls on the banner werent necessarily Li (sometimes prostitute,antagonist or just close relative without any relationship possible) ,for the preview gallery render, so far they are just random girls to illustrate what happened and why mc is hidding,not girls mc actualy know or meet (as far than we know).
The way the dev wording it make it unclear if it will also happen to Li or not because otherwise even if it happened offscreen with them (which i hope not) it would still be Ntr, and since most people have their own definition of what Ntr is, it could be that the dev doesnt consider it that when other would.
We'll have to wait to be 100% sure but so far no real reason to worry about it .

Or maybe someone should tell the dev that even if it happens off screen, "short renders" or text, it would still earn it the cuck tag
And let us name the MC ffs, that's the most basic shit for these kind of games, aside from that I love the focus on big booty/ass cracks it has so far.
Maybe, we'll have to wait and see, hard to imagine the Dev made such nice looking and unique models just for some random tree rape scene to show the world is dangerous. Things are much easier when devs are clear in what they are making for sure.

Thought about writing more, decided not to. We'll see where this one goes. If it's going to be a "not technically," NTR fest like many others on the site, or if it'll be an actual harem game that isn't pulling some BS to try to hook vanilla harem fans.

this is another problem in of itself. a lot of devs do this crappy act like some politicans trying to word-play and speaking a lot without actually saying anything instead of telling you what and how. being upfront and honest is always the way to go no matter what kind of game you're making, imo.
Believe me when I tell you that these characters are not unique at all. From the franchises they belong to, of course they are unique. But when a developer uses HS2 and you see one of those “unique models”, on the Internet there are dozens of character cards of those characters. And seeing how this developer does things, both in this and in his previous game (Albedo, Raphtalia...), that's the only thing I expect: characters created by others. Damn, even the Ferrari is driven by Eternum's expendable friend. This developer seems totally incapable of creating a character in HS2 by himself.
I edit to add: even the “grandpa” is a model stolen from the Internet.

It's clear the the writing is good but I tend to be suspicious of first releases that are of good quality but extremely modest in quantity. At best, it tends to signal a game that has more ambition than drive. At worst, it's trying to cash grab off a flashy teaser.
