Its been a bit, so only about 98% confidant in the answer. In older versions, you don't. You finish that sister, and move on to the next. Its possible that there was something added in the most recent release that changes that, but kinda doubt it.

You have any other flash games recommendations in the recent memory? The well is drying up, but small flash games genre hides true gems like Mario Missing, Ghost House, Aching Dreams (HentaiCook) or entire GorePete collection .

I think the dev missed the mark though by only having one visual sexual act. The first time you get fucked, thats what you're gonna see every time you get fucked, sure theres anal but, theres just so much missing from the games "adult" side.
