What do you mean? The feature is not in your steam version? If not, try updating it. It's been in my steam version for awhile now.
What country are you in? It may not show up in specific countries due to laws. It could also be on your ignore list and won't show up either. Can also try searching under it's full name, 少女妖精弹珠台 Elf Girl Pinball.
Blindfold, ball gag, private piercing, and the bottom one allows to you open a locked area with bumper and the pink girl's backside.

You put them on the character by pressing the number next to the item. Other than that, nothing. The secret bumper room is more of an annoyance. I restarted my game and chose not to unlock it for either girl.

is there a way to manually give yourself money? 80000 coins is a lot and I don't have the patience to play the same pinball machine over and over to grind for it, Id much rather just edit a file with notepad++
Yep. Green girl has no interactions at all, except using her breasts as bumper buttons. Going by the latest steam version. Not sure if that function is in the version posted here.
