Right click the .exe file and go to properties, click on change DPI settings, and tick on override high DPI scaling behavior, then change it to system.
This solved the problem for me.

**The collection includes separate CG sets for Elizabeth's Exile, MaxITBCity and TheChurchofVice.

This game is not worth playing at all, it's just an infinite loop of point and click shovelware. Good news for you that I've ripped the CG images out of the game. I hope at least someone can get some enjoyment out of it.

The images themselves are mediocre and nothing noteworthy, but if you want to satisfy your curiosity, see it for yourself.

If you don't know what Game CG is, they are the rendered DAZ/HS2 images that are overlayed above the game. In other words, the porn part of the game extracted out of it and they're simple PNG or JPG images for you to enjoy.

It's because his games have little to no substance. Mediocre renders, generic cookie-cutter story and awful gameplay.

Nope. Same thing like the other games from him. Hey, why should he change it if there are 157 people paying him for it?
And personally I wouldn't give any of his games more than 1 star.
