Well, since noboby has written a review yet, I thought I'd do one.
Story follows Ellie, who joined the police. She works close with her partner Abby (who likes to prank her), and gets to meet other people in the department.
During the gameplay Ellie does some cop work, and makes personality and relationship choices.
I like it so far, but it's still too early to properly judge.
Good things:
- I really like the unique models, even if they look a little weird from time to time.
- Conversations are rather good and realistic.
- Story: not much of it yet, but so far so good.
- Story develops slowly, no rushed sex scenes.
- Some humor here and there (mainly in witty dialogues), I appreciate that.
Meh things:
- Graphics are not the best, but that's not really a problem for me, since I care more for the story.
- Dev is a bit too pushy towards his patreon imo.
Hoping for:
Some more character development.
Right now we have a good grasp of Ally's personality, but other people, like Owen and Jesse, aren't well developed yet. We now nothing of their personality.
Was debating between 3 or 4 stars.
3 (average) seems too little, but the game is too short to give it 4 (good).
So 3,5 stars with the remark 'promising' should be rather accurate.
