I always get Seraphine as underling in the end even if I chose all harsh options... also can't figure out how to make Faye to be a nympho... anyone help please?

I believe for Nympho/Lover you'd have to treat Faye well and Seraphine harshly.

I think someone said on an earlier page that you have to do harsh on the quests as well as training her to get the harsh ending with her

Yeah, that is what you have to do, all the quests have to be harsh. Quests are essentially training for Seraphnie, and are counted as such, so if you want the harsh ending for her, you have to go harsh on the quests
