On the koikatsu discord there is a person named krspjin who posted links to download a passthrough server url mod :
anther Servlet for share card in game: take it and instand of the official files, so you should be backup before that. and using the mod ,It will take some time to load those unread ones because of poor Servlet,it not bug or problem.

I used the second link and installed in the root folder. Now i don't need a VNP anymore.
Now i'm eagerly waiting for a VR mod. IPA do not seem to work

Is there a way to play Emotion Creators in VR with WMR headsets like the Samsung Odyssey? HS, PH, and KK all work fine and have been optimized for VR. I'd love to try this one in VR as well.

Can someone tell me what this game is all about? I tried googling but to no avail find any info about it. Is it like a Create-Your-Own-Story-VN with character customization?
It is exactly that. Customise your charectors, maps and poses to create VN stories. I was hoping the mod scene would be more active though. Could use a pov mod for example.

Pirated games (especially cracked ones) will often give a false positive, you either ignore it or delete the game. No reports of anything in the game thread though.

Haven't gotten any of the EC packs yet since I'm waiting for them to get further along before trying it, but assuming it's the same as Honey Select and Koikatu, the better repacks are just the entire game with mods already installed, if there are optional ones they'll be in their own folder with a readme on installing. Not much to do for installing, unpack the archive and play.
