There seems to be a loading bug for the first minigame sequence. Progress gets to 99% and then just resets to 0. Loading time gets slower with each pass until it completely fills up your ram and crashes the game.
Update: Seems as though this is an issue for anytime it tries to load a H scene... Also seems to happen on any loading screen although it's much rarer.

I mean, I tested your theory by clicking on the first 2 NTR games I could randomly find (they even had ntr in title) and found that to be false so far. The first 2 pages contained people legitmately complaining or asking legitimately if it was avoidable (checked their profiles this time)...so I would at least challenge your use of usually in this case. Not that it's never true, only that at very least it's not more common than the actual complainers.
