So you can skip the mini-games, good, but you get punished if you do, and the LI may lose interest if you do, dafaq? That's as useful as buying a life insurance policy 3 days after you died.

What the dev is saying is that if you don't skip the photos, and do it yourself you may make some photos that she doesn't like and then lose interest in you as consequence.
If you skip doing the photos you only miss some content because you won't be taking the photos yourself.
To put it simple, you don't get punished if you skip the minigame, the only punishment, if it can be called like that, is that you will miss some renders/content.

Read the entire quote , he is referring that if you do the minigames you will have additional scenes but also increase the chance of you losing her interest, that is only for the minigames, if you skip them you won't be punished in anything since you are not the one doing the photos.

after that () refers to the minigame, no the skip option...
You don't get cut content, you just miss doing the photos yourself.

The game seems quite interesting (good graphic, beautiful girls, many choices) but it needs some improvements:
1) The story starts when MC breaks with Sofia and the reason is unknown; then you have a chance to be her boyfriend again and then you learn she doesn't want to have sex which could be a reason for a breakup; it would be better to start with trying to have sex with her and have an option to break up when she says she doesn't want to; especially that the dialogue is a bit offensive for her - MC giving her second chance when it was he who broke up;
2) Luca is very creepy during the first meeting.
3) Sasha face needs correction, it looks very strange, namely under the eyes, especially in the first scene with her.
And generally the dialogues could be better, more natural.

Came in here to post about this too, there should have been a short explanation in his monologue as a heads up as to why he broke up with her in the first place, later on with the text you do get a stalker/jealous/wantsyoutowait vibes from her after you leave town. But we're shoved into choices to get back with her, just really strange to have the option to get back to here right as the story starts with you supposedly breaking up with her, is the player really going to say no to a hot blonde?
Other than that everything else was fine for me, well the photo session left me a little baffled if it went well or not, but I suppose will find out next chapter maybe.
