i once asked him in discord why he stop translating after kludge he said irl stuff got in the wayIs sup-par no longer translating this series? I loved his works, feelsbad
maybe it was too much of a slog for sub? just my theory mind you.It seems that InnoRules kinda killed Sub's interest in the series
and the last few hakika games i played were kind of narratively unsatisfying
idk how to describe it
instead of writing a solid story hakika's instead gooning the player with Something's Gonna Happen In The Future
after several games of watching that gun hang on the wall and not fire i don't really
last games would've been kludge, innocent rules and asylum i think? In her own words:
Honestly can't blame them. Asylum, Kludge, and Innocent Rules just weren't really satisfying narratively, you'd think something would've happened by now but the plots keep dodging the whole calamity thing. In her own words:
I can't believe Kludge was years ago now so my memory is hazy so correct me if I'm wrong but Versa said she was waiting for her friends to arrive and not the other way around. So maybe after whatever canonically happened at the end of Asylum, Versa was just the first to leave.Imma yap and I believe i seems to understand what Subpar meant.
i think its all about the Calamity or probably Versa herself not doing anything for a meanwhile.
imo the entire Calamity situation should been now starting to brew up which iirc mentioned in Kludge and in ASYLUM and could been use as a main point and probably in process Ino actually gaining back his memory either like something by Versa having a chance manage to tap into Tahati's pocket universes and starts messing around after post game; Maybe in the process at least connecting whatever happened in Asylum (I need to mention it because Ino is more related/connected to that place).

TL;DR - Hakika should probably focus the point of "The Calamity" that is now slowly brewing up on Innocent Rules, i think it's a missed opportunity to actually show the effects of it to Ordowald unless it will be shown probably on his mainline games or the next spin off.
It's not a plothole, Ino literally told you he's been getting weak containing the calamity in Asylum and if his powers weaken even slightly she's able to escape by herself altough Asylum itself will remain which is why only she got out in Kludge and now she's waiting for her friends to do so tooplease correct me if thats the case or not) and Whatever happened if Malice and her gang just chilling waiting for Versa coming back or the entire charade of the Star Dragon getting killed by Malice and targets Versa forcing her to escape, and tbh that plot hole needs to be answered and probably can be used on Innocent Rules but well, it didn't so lol
Thanks for the correction, i don't remember much ASYLUM its been 2 and a half years maybe? but yeah. Still although, i wonder that place is like Parlates. A mini-dimension/universe, if so maybe she is capable to teleport in and out any of it kinda a missed opportunity imo. It's not a plothole, Ino literally told you he's been getting weak containing the calamity in Asylum and if his powers weaken even slightly she's able to escape by herself altough Asylum itself will remain which is why only she got out in Kludge and now she's waiting for her friends to do so too
I also dont remember much of Kludge as i did it after ASYLUM, but that recapped my mind into the lore. At some point Hakika must have to eventually add Asylum into the equation for his stories but for now it seemingly entirely separate than Versa escaping but not her friends (Whether Malice is there or not.) and Ino going his own shenanigans.I can't believe Kludge was years ago now so my memory is hazy so correct me if I'm wrong but Versa said she was waiting for her friends to arrive and not the other way around. I think thats the case, im not really demanding but im just waiting for the time bro makes another Colony level like story aka it's actually well fleshed out, im not sure about Thirst and i want to play it if the story is well cohesive as im not going to play it on a MTL as it will make the dialogues and stuffs more confusing to understand.Either way, maybe Hakika is playing the long game and setting up a lot of stuff and have it all culminate into a single point but so far the wait has been kind of excruciatingly boring. The games on their own are decent (except InnoRules), but if you've been dedicated to the narrative for this long I can see how you'd be disappointed by the past few entries.
can at least let us constat the dissapointment, cuz here, we are said that "meh, disappointing" but we can't relate...I think InnoRules was a big dissapointment storywise. You get Ino so you expect it'll have a lot of focus on the calamity plot but then you play it and the story just feels pointless.
Thats why I'm saying it's a missed opportunity for Hakika to use that plot as well, we dont know how actually powerful Versa is until now, but i guess idk what happened to that or he thinks something else and didn't go too wellI think InnoRules was a big dissapointment storywise. You get Ino so you expect it'll have a lot of focus on the calamity plot but then you play it and the story just feels pointless.
Asylum should not be included in that TBH. It served as the main point of the calamity plot-line and pushed it forward the furthest. I like Kludge but can agree as a whole it didn’t serve much narratively aside from giving us more lore on Idea which is important. Innocent Rules however didn’t really do much of anything for Ordowalds narrative.Honestly can't blame them. Asylum, Kludge, and Innocent Rules just weren't really satisfying narratively, you'd think something would've happened by now but the plots keep dodging the whole calamity thing.
