Why is it that most post game content requires alot of grinding or doing a full completionist of the whole game, maybe even entering new game plus a few more times?
i have three lines
"Balance your Playthrough"
dont Be strong just balance your Life In game With it

now we can translate the game from spanish to english.
I wouldn't recommend doing that because we don't know the quality of the translation + if it's another MTL you'll just be stacking another MTL on top of it

Anyway, it's suspiciouly a 200mb patch??
I downloaded to check and it's a different font, they didn't bother with the namecuts at all, it's literally just Bold text with a thick outline slapped on top of the names, Uula's (or Ula in this case) didn't even have the logo but does in the files? It has a total of 0 hyfens and a lot of mispronounced stuff (like Lestea Frieven being Restea Frieveen, or adding extra syllables in location names)

For some reason they have the default MZ assets on the folders too even tho they aren't there in the untranslated game, but hey at least they left both the encrypted and decrypted images

Edit: I will probably be pulling this out of my ass but I'm pretty sure the Spanish team hasn't played the other games since their website only shows Innocent Rules and Uula's title is "Guild Messenger", but the only Guild in Ordowald is in Elcehil which Uula, who works for Aurum in Vaeltria, has never been to, I can only hope I'm wrong and that there aren't other story/lore tidbits they missed/got wrong.

As far as I played i think its an OK translations, there are untranslated text in the menu and in a whole scene (a short one but still annoying). Apart from that sometimes its hard to understand the dialogues (maybe because my monke brain). Also the name of the capital its super long (Shuusuikyooshuku) idk if its translated poorly or what.

Sorry for my english btw :/

I wonder if qudere walked back and is proofreading, editing, and repeatedly examining his translation (concurrent with the process of generating it of course, as well maybe debugging) to prevent the exhausting process of coming back and patching up any errors identified
Normally, this whole gig's a two-man thing with translator and editor collaborating. The translator does what he does, spared of any need to re-examine the text repeatedly; the editor takes on that instead, questioning the translator about this or that if need be ( like, character used X move but it's written here he used Y. You sure you didn't miss anything? )
From the pdfs shared by Sub detailing how he went about it, there's also the option of translating everything then looping all the way back to patch up any inconsistencies. So basically, the compiler way.
But qudere said he'd simply translate and leave QC to everyone else.

Well at any rate, I wonder how many more games are left before the grand finale. Assuming you believe the 'letter theory', there's 3 or 4 max. B(light), A(wake), C(olony), K(ludge), T(hirst) ___ BACK T
___ This one could simply be O for Ordowald. Ordowald will then juxtapose the current game, HolloWald, What does Ordowald even mean anyway? A little bit of googling, and you can boil it down to a meaning along the lines of 'matter in order'. The matter in question here would be the nations of Ordowald itself I suppose. Or you could link it to a concatenation of Óðr and Wald separately to give you a meaning of (google) 'Garden of the husband of Freyja' and, wholly different, 'Odin's Garden'. I'm inclined to believe it's definitely one of the two, nothing to do with that 'matter in order'... no, maybe it's 'The Gardens of Odin in order' / 'The Gardens of the husband of Freyja in order'. This whole series has Ragnarok as a motif. Ordowald is itself a refuge from the calamity. Whatever way, it all lends credence to the idea in thinking of all Ordowald as an artificial construct, and it's this artificial construct that's being trampled upon by the destroyer, Versa. Maybe she's playing the role of Loki. Maybe. Ragnarok isn't an event initiated solely by one person, but he's the linchpin of it... I think. Analogously, there's a series of misfortunes targeting Ordowald all which will explode with Versa at the epicenter. If Dragons are the talk, there's plenty to go around in Norse mythology too. Anyway, it's all 'BACK TO'... to what? This part could be satisfied by the spinoff games, viewed separate.
BACK TO ______
____ here then is A(sylum), L(.Depth), I(nnocent Rules), H(ollow Wald)
BACK TO ALIH
Damn, imagine if it 'BACK TO ALIVE'
God damn
Okay.
BACK T_ ALIH_ = _
1 primary game following the current spinoff to expand on Zephyr. A spinoff after that also taking place in Zephyr (based on the map, it's about as large as Palgadol and Vaeltria combined). Finally, the theatre concludes in Elcehil in a super sized game converging all the then divergent stories.
Man, why did Sub-par go? Could've just stuck a bit more...
This whole letter theory thing is nonsense. Hakika mentioned as much...
Ordowald can't even be the name of the next mainline game since all titles until now have had 5-6 letters. That is, unless Ordowald really should be Ordwal

It feels like a heavily edited MTL.

There are a lot of mistakes, some terms are weird, location names are inconsistent, same goes for the characters gender, some lines are cut before a word finishes, and there are quite a few spelling mistakes.

Which makes it surprising how everything else is... okay-ish, fine even, heck they even got the puns right.

I've just recruited the fifth companion and so far I had no problems playing it, there may be some instances where you need to sort your thoughts cuz, as i said before, location names are inconsistent, but nothing too story breaking i suppose, kinda reminds me of Dazed translations, maybe better than those, cuz you can see that human hands touched the whole thing.

I'd say its a good enough translation, as long as you dont nitpick too much.

I'm not talking about Qudere's TL, i'm talking about the spanish one, while it has its fair amount of flaws, its alright if you dont mind the ocassional fuck up
yeah the spanish translation is a heavily edited MTL 100%.

they probably did a full MTL but went back on the script to correct the more glaring translation mistakes... and even then some stuff is not translated at all, mind you it's just maybe a few books you can read on the overworld when you interact with them and some NPCs but that's about it.

6/10 at most which honestly i can accept while i wait for qudere to finish the proper english one.

Thanks! Appreciate it! But not to devalue the efforts of the creator or anything, but personally, i think there should be multiple campaigns in that opinion which would only unlock after the first run. Jumble them up together for three runs with the three reincarnations and no one will have to spend their hours on hunting chickens. xD

I usually start a session by proofreading/editing what I translated in the last one. I'm also going to loop back and do a wholistic editing pass at the very end. The public QC is on top of this, since there's some tens of thousands of lines of text and I'll inevitably miss some things no matter how attentive I try to be.
