By the end of the demo, you briefly control a male. I don't know what this means, but it seems this male character would play a larger role in the greater game. Perhaps there would extended sections where you play as him or in alternate routes.

To be fair, from what I seen it is not uncommon for Japanese devs (especially solo ones) to release games like this. Usually we just don't see it because people often don't bother translating an unfinished game. Ci-en is pretty much a crowd funding site lie Patreon for Japanese. But as said before, this dev usually works pretty fast so, it might be worth taking a look after a couple of updates or check out the Dev's other games if you haven't do so yet.

Knowing how Fuyou releases his previous works, give or take full game might come at december or january next year. At this point Fuyou games are a yearly tradition

He did mentioned it'll be released in 2025 on Ci-en, so I think it'll come at January at the very least, but I think it'll take more than that.
don't know why but i remember read somewhere that his next gamee won't be nsfw, thanks god i read it wrong bcs ep series it's my fav in nsfw games, like i fucking lot, they are weird as fuck but damn i enjoy them a lot, ngl, i'm gonna wait till full release, i can wait if i don't play the demo

Nope, that's all there is to it. You can sleep and access EP space, but there's about no content there either.
