You level up by pleasing customers (making them orgasm). Depending on the difficulty level, it takes from 25 to 100 orgasms to level up.

Any plans of adding more image-based stuff, i.e. for the sex scenes, rather than just one photo of the client, animated pics based on the action chosen, etc?
Yes, but these are long-term plans. I think that in a year or two AI technology will advance enough to give us consistent images of the same character, maybe even GIF files. Until then, I'm focusing on adding more content and sex options.

Not at the moment. That's where the transformation part of the game will take place once one of the planned questlines is complete. But that will be added with future updates.
It works on latest version of Joiplay, their testing with Godot 3 & 4 plugin on Joiplay.

on his patreon they said the next update would be in 2 weeks tops. That post was more than 5 weeks ago now...
The new version will come out in a few days. I got pressed on the work for the last few weeks because we were rushing to finish some important features by the end of the year, so I had much more work to do than usual. And honestly, after being exhausted from coding all day at work, I didn't feel like coding some more in my free time.
But, with the end of the year near, that is almost over, and I have managed to finish all the new game features and fix major bugs. I just couldn't find the time to do thorough testing to ensure everything works okay, and I will need a few more days to do that.

The game is still being developed, the system is already there. It just need branching out, adding storylines, events, goals, even more races, just like adding decorations to a christmas tree.
I don't understand why I'm not able to review this absolutely terrible game? The last 2 reviews are asinine 5 stars for nothing, one guy is praising the 'art team' (5 minutes with AI).
Not to mention he sells this on Patreon for $10-50/month and the updates are "I added a AI tailor to the game with little clouds you can click on and spend 1 1/2hrs of your time worth of 'coins' buying meaningless clothes which have no appearance or effect on gameplay", lol.
It's a massive grind with no reward, no plot and no progression, you during character creation you 'choose' a bunch of numerical sliders which have practically no affect on gameplay, also what culture or people in the world measure bust, girth, height, etc. in centimetres?
It's a chore, I got bored.
