I'm a new player, I'm dizzy with the masculine and feminine system, should we focus on 1 or 50/50? Can we romance more than one? Or focus 1 person?

it's better if for you to go either. Jorgen, Jostein, Anders and Erland give bonus opinion for feminine, while Kirk and Ralf give bonus for masculine.
I don't remember. I am surprised that you even need one, I always got the purple 1 in chapter 6.
also there is only one main love interest; in one case you can open a poly route (Ralf+Henrik) and some love interests allow you to fool with other minor players, sometimes together with them (Erland for example). If I remember correctly, you settle on a main love interest at the end of chapter 3 (it will appear with a red flame close to its portrait -you might lose it with the story though, if you act against his tenets).
Does anyone have a problem with sound in the game? I can't hear anything, though the volume in options is set to maximum.

Renpy games do not usually have cheats, but there is a mod that serves to modify the variables within the game and is compatible with almost all games made in renpy. Is called universal renpy mod, i think there is a post here on f95zone where is uploaded, u can also google it
really? The walkthrough on ch 5 tells you you'll get the blue weapon but it didn't show up in my gameplay. Do you get one or in ch 6 you go straight to get the purple?
I don't remember... I only remember Gulin armorchanging color. I am not really sure.
So guys I've finished ch5 twice with both main routes (adversity & security path) but I am always unable to bring my family inside even though I always choose "family prioritize" decisions (I get the Freyja bone for that). Does anyone have a clue about it?

You dont really get them inside, chapter 7 goes about your quest to reunite with family outside Alfheimr.
The most you could do is get Filipa inside in Jostein route.

There was a person who posted the compressed ver. Try downloading that one instead, fixed the audio issues for me.

If you want all 7 chapters, you will need all the files from the OP and then merge them into one as you extract them.
If you have Ch1 only, then you will need Ch2-5 - merge that into Ch1. Then download Ch6-7 and merge that to get all 7 chapters so far. The total file size of the game should be over 15G+ if I'm not mistaken...
It's a lot, I know... That's why I completely gave up on downloading the original files. I have my own compressed version now, otherwise my old ass laptop will probably self-combust!!! xDD
If you want, you can also just search "Compressed" in this thread... and you should find all the links the mods have provided... I have also uploaded and updated my own link here for everyone's convenience~

I went with mono Henrik route because of "I can fix him" and have not been disappointed. Gotta love the slow burn.

It's actually not just Jostein, it's how people look at apprentices in general. Most men consider being apprentice as bad for reasons that might be spoiler... and doing chores is actually part of being an apprentice.
I don't think it's any different than when IG baddies demand that their baby daddy is a 6-foot tall, 6-digit income, monster cock wielder. Alfheimr is a very complex society in which the standards are hypermasculine because they are matriarchal. Jostein needs Britt to be a good homemaker, not only for himself, but mainly for his wife Filippa. Everything the men in Alfheimr is doing is all for the Huldra. It looks sexist, but there's a pretty progressive aspect to it if you think about it. These men are literally worshipping women and dying for them.

Ohh, you're right. My perspective is definitely too old world's men. I went more with the Falsen's men views and currently replaying with the Onsrud's and was just baffled with their views.
I went the whole 7 chapters with Henrik as LI while observing everybody else and Jostein was all about either Filippa or sleipnir. I'm currently replaying chapter 2/3 to checkout the other LI's stories and it seems like I'll go with either Anders or Jorgen after trying Jostein chapter 2/3. I just can't helped how Brit feels like an extra character in Jostein's world.
I strongly suggest Anders. I checked the code and he has a pretty good storyline in C7 (heck, even in C6). While he's still slightly non-committal, he doesn't always make Britty feel secondary much like Jostein does. Jorgen still has Birgit so there's still that jealousy aspect.
