So I did a test run from where I am in Ch 5 in Ergi. You can either get a second bone from Arcane History or get a point in Huldra through Secrets & Mysteries. So now I’m trying to figure out how to get my Exile rep low enough to get the bone from killing the guy on the boat in Enemies Within. But aside from the Exile in the sewer. I can’t figure out how to get my rep with the Exiles lower. Where can I get a lower Exile rep? Can I lower it through Tyr and Borge’s arc?

I don't remember, but I remember you have to be an ass towards them. I think I remember vaguely you have to do that from chapter 4 tho, I might be wrong. Also, I remember that decision from the herb area also lock you out of bones from Family secrets unless you're romancing someone I forgot who (but I also vaguely remember it doesn't work properly so....).
