As far as I know - no. In the previous version of the game, the most “erotic” thing you could get was to return her to her previous appearance as in the screenshot, and she could intrigue the main character with what she had hidden in the bottom of her dress, to which the heroine answered invariably - not interesting. I thought they would add something new in the new version of the game, but I was wrong.
Well you can make her get naked but i think that's it. She's gotta be in adult form and in the post game take control of Grus (gotta lose to him 2 times to unlock this), then talk to her at the upper left.
being able to consent to getting fucked on one of the very first missions of any game is a red flag for me. also one-shotting every mob. the game seemed super promising too.

The game is about 90% scenes with male Humans, sadly.

What are the hearts above some characters? I thought it was for triggering a scene but even at 100 lewdness and being horny nothing happens

The top left of the pause menu tells you the current task to continue the main story. Assuming you're progressing appropriately, you need to head to Warehouse 2 (the left one) and open a chest in the left of the interior, its easy to miss it or assume its already been opened. Only upon opening that chest, will the crafting system be unlocked.
One of the many problems with the early game. The first half hour is endless dialogue rather than introducing game mechanics properly, then you're just tossed into things with VERY LITTLE direction
