So I'll just toss this out here. This is a PARTIAL uncensor pulled from the early demos and pasted on top of the base game's H files.
I DO NOT GUARANTEE this WON'T break your game.

There was a gentleman who did this at some point from this forum or another, but I've been waiting on this too long so I'm giving you what I have myself. It does not cover enemies that did not appear in the demos, but it worked for the first two demo stages so it's something at least!
If I could remember where I got this from originally, I would give them all the love in the world, but I genuinely don't recall where I got it from...

So until that beautiful bastard comes around for a full decensor, here's the partial.
Unpack to the Data folder, and move/archive the .wolf files so the game uses these folders instead.

Neutral Z is the Burst Pistols
Side Z is Shotgun
Up Z is Arial Pistols

My cheat table is attached. For some reason I had to redo all the pointers starting after v1.14 or so (despite most having previously been the same as the first game), but I think I've got it working now. I might update the table some more later.

After unzipping the archive anywhere, you can use the program Cheat Engine to open the .CT file. If you don't know how to obtain or use Cheat Engine, search google or check the tool's official website:

Yeah, I just downloaded it from the translation request thread and the folders are different in extraction. Maybe it hadn't updated yet the first time. Now I have one that has a "110" filename and a "115" file name. Ah well, all's well that ends well, I've got the right one now.

you can swap out all the negative abilites I think in your menu. Pretend you're swapping out normal skills.
