I don't know of any bug like this, but are you fielding adventurers in dungeons below their recommended level? They'll only progress in missions of their recommended level and above.

Ah shit really? Thought i could just farm the points on novice missions while i still trained the rookies. Nevermind i'm stupid then. Must have hit adept level mid mission so thats why it stopped in the middle of the progress. I'm hopping back on then since it clearly is intended, not a bug and i did it wrong.

Is there a way to remove the staff of unconditional support?
It seems like you wouldn't ever want to equip it unless it's to a character that has already mastered all other classes or running with no class change, and the lowered damage has anti-synergy with the mage repeatable upgrade.

You can uncurse/remove any cursed equippable object, including ones that can't be otherwise uncursed at the church (if you don't have a church, upgrade your guild), as long as you upgrade the uncurse part at least once, and are willing to pay the price for uncurse/removal of the item in question (removal is cheaper than uncurse, obviously), just be sure to place the character with the cursed item in the prayer slot.

That's the Loser Suit. It is impossible to remove. (there is a mod that changes that on the mod page)
That's the result of gambling with the All or Nothing. You either get all (winner suit) or nothing (loser suit). Neither can be removed ever. Not even with the church. The winner suit is generally worth it and the loser suit does at least net you a do everything job slave. Give her the rest of a cursed set and put her to work. Either way, she's a resource to turn profit, not a person. Otherwise she wouldn't be a stinky, dirty, peasant.
Just don't use the All or Nothing on adventurers you would not like to gamble. Or grab a mod that changes that.
