I'm finding the new version to be a little rough in places.
Firstly, the cosmetic view is a bit of a pain since it feels like you have to equip everything twice if you want to keep their actual equipment in sync with their visible equipment. Is there any kind of toggle to disable the feature? Either per worker or just as a global option?
Secondly, the auto-assignment of workers feels very inconsistent. The workshop and the manufactury both got workers fine, but none of the fisheries I built got anyone assigned. I had to go in and place someone in there manually each time I built one.
Thirdly, the efficiencies of the workers seem similarly inconsistent. I can literally be looking at a person who has 107% calculated for their current job, but then in the list of possible workers for that same job, the same worker will be listed as being at 115%. It might be related to it not recalculating when you swap equipment around, since I don't think it accounts for the new stats until you close the menus entirely.
It's even worse for fisheries since when I built one, nobody had a percentage listed at all in the list of workers. Only people I actively assigned got one calculated. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if that was the cause of issue 2, if it couldn't find anyone with a non-null/non-zero value.
In case it's relevant, this is the nsfw version.
