I think she is a rare encounter that would need luck and a lot of adventuring in slime dungeons to find.
But maybe you can pass a law that will allow you to get one?

I can't find that law so it's grinding the dungeon then

But those robes are difficult to craft, you'll need to go further than the 2nd island for them. I think it would need spider-silk. And I'm not even sure they are in Ratkin tech tree branch.

Pyromancy equipment recipes are (theoretically) available at 2nd island. But the ingredient it needs (foxfur) needs more adventuring to discover. It probably comes from foxgirls, but I have yet to see any.
