After doing some further testing, i fully believe that the infinite race track hopefully isn't infact a softlock.
If you enter the area with the bliders and no curse removal items an exit isn't there.
Methods i have attempted:
1. Walking down all lanes, forwards and backwards.
2. Stepping on each individual agro square and seeing if one is false.
3. Zig zagging down the looping road to see if it's a directional bump stair case.
4. Attempting to have the red headed girls kill you, they will do nothing but saddle you with horse equipment.
5. Tried making a new save file to see if i can find the exit without any of the horse equipment, so far equally fruitless, so there's a good chance there is an exit it's however in a hidden location, likely the only hint involves colour as the blinder implies.
It'll be faster to start the game over from scratch than find the exit in my opinion, but if anyone else finds the exit please let future people know.
