According to the dev's Patreon site, version 1.69 was released for the public on Newgrounds, and version 1.73 was released for patrons on the 28th of November 2020. Cheers.

The uploader has long since abandoned this thread. They most probably shoved it up for upvotes and then immediately left. The game is still in progress, and is being updated monthly. Each build is posted to the dev's patreon, and after a week or so, newgrounds as well. You can keep up with it in their discord -
