It's definitely better than Nursing Back to Pleasure and its disastrous end. Multiple good endings like Rosewater Manor, without the all over the place. Never played Pinefall.

hello so I tried to start this game but it immediately crashes when the disclaimer shows up. is it anything on my end causing this?
so just a quick update it turns out it was the sancho mod that I tried to install that made the game not run since that mod is not updated to the final episode.

Under the download links, the gofile link has a Linux build (I know because I checked the lib folder).
However it is missing the shell file (it's like .exe but for linux) to run the game.
Edit:
Stole the shell (.sh) file from the Episode 2 download on Page 4 of this thread.
Threw it into the EROTICA-Final-pc folder and game starts up just fine now.
Front page is also missing the KoG3 WT Mod for this game, which was updated to the final build, unlike the mod linked on the front page.

cant seem to open heather and madison+riley endings. cant seem to be missing choices but donno. only end up driving heather to busstop or police. and with madison only kiss her 2 or 3 times and nothing more. and not sure how madison+riley ending can go. i was pretty sure the game was intended for lilly+riley endings since they had kind of chemistry and had their threesomes.

The Heather, Madison+Riley, and Lilly+Riley are a few of the possible endings that can be achieved. Since you've played through this already, have you checked the WT pdf from OP? It'll guide you to getting those endings.
