It's bait, there is a pattern to it, the game doesn't even come close to being offensive and contextually any game that could be considered offensive due to some depiction of bias for immutable characteristics fetishizes them unless they are explicitly separate from the erogenous content.
If it were a game about futas dicking down balloon people, and in the background there are was a bunch of disparaging content with nothing to do with either futas or balloon people or the story/gameworld they inhabit, then maybe you could argue it is meant to offend, but you do so on the grounds that X is separate and only using the game/story as a vehicle, and so far I have not seen a single iota of any such content in escape from misantria.
