Got all the endings and cg but had to use the guide. How did people unlock the cabinet in the Nurse's room with the mannequin without a heart?

Place the Teaching Materials on the desk.
(Writing Utensiles and Teaching Materials)
Examine the desk to find the Cabinet Key
Nurse's Office
Cabinet will react to the Cabinet Key so examine it
Cabinet Key is lost and you get a Heart Model
Give the Mannequin a Heart
Lose the Heart and you'll hear something unlock
The drawer beside the Cabinet is open so grab the Health Examination Results
