Changing the language from Russian to English in the start menu doesn't seem to be enough, you have to close the game entirely, then restart. There's some kind of flag that doesn't get properly turned on until you do that. Otherwise, you get random Russian instead of English dialogue here and there.
Maybe because of Dev's personal prefeernce
Maybe Dev do not want to continue with qsp anymore.. Who knows?)

Oh, lord... Do you know how to read? This wasn't the dev who uploaded... Probably leaked from his Patreon... And he's a seasoned developer, so he stands a chance... Tip for you: if you don't know how to read situations, you don't stand a chance in the real world...
Let's just say, for right English translation you not only need to turn it On in Setting menu, you also need to restart the game for it properly to work(change localisation).

what do you think ? will this game last, or will end soon ? finding good text games is very rare.
I except a TECH demo to be 100% polished. It is a deliberately short presentation to showcase ability. This showcase the authors INABILITY to actually care about quality and to deliver a short presentation without it being crap. You are just back peddling because you thought you were being so clever with your change the language comment. But it turns out my post was an accurate description of a crap job. And typical of this generation i can read both so I don't mind too much, which is the most idiotic thing to say about critique over a failed translation. "Well I can read it so what's the big deal?" It is like a chef spitting on your food and his excuse is well my spit is in my mouth all the time so I don't care, I'd eat it.
But you are missing one point, that in the posts earlier it was reported that the change of localization is applied normally only when the game is restarted. It would be problem if Developer uloaded this game and did not mention this, but again this game was uploaded not by Developer. Someone just need to contact uploader(moderator) and ask to edit description about way to fix localisation. It is not even Developers fault at this point...
As i said i do not see differency for myself i read both languages normally, and i did not even noticed that it changes (a few times) because i know both enough. And yes for me it is not much of a problem.
Tech demo is even less than alpha version, even on steam, it sometimes even not worth downloading from steam. Too much problems. It is purely to show concept of the game. And in tech demo always is message from authors that game can change(and it is purely their current concept). That is what tech demo...

Usually something like this is more likely than not to be Abandoned. The 5-star reviews right off the bat and the incredibly small version number give me flashbacks.
If it's not Abandoned then it'll be "Completed" but with half of the advertised features underutilized and just kind of like a half-assed ending in terms of content.
But I honestly prefer those two scenarios than the games in "Development Limbo" where it's been years and years of ongoing development, releases have taken longer and longer with each iteration, and everyone is just kind of stuck in this purgatory where they feel too emotionally invested in the game to just stop caring about it but also feel increasingly annoyed about it.
