Nancy found out. divorce. Dad moves out to the UK with his lover and son, as he doesn't care about his daughters, or the daughters preferred their mother and the son didn't really choose. but Nancy, Penny and Dalia accepting Annie in their home would be a different story. Nancy could be understanding that it's not Annie's fault and she is innocent, and MC cares about his half sister enough that Nancy wants to make him happy and have her in her home too.
in the flashback, MC and the dad haven't left yet. so no, it wouldn't be really difficult.
technically, the pizza delivery guy was on his way during the Alex cliffhanger scene. So he could have arrived afterwards when MC stayed the night.

Alex's powersare a completely different thing. explicitly told to be very rare. and the actual acquisition method was not specified, so it could be publicly unknown.
I think that's your interpretation only. nothing conclusive. it's only a picture to remind us about the syndicate, not a confirmation of actual membership. because if it was, Nancy would have the identity of that girl.
