eeeeeeh in fact... that's very close to how human anatomy works... have you ever heard about Pseudocyesis? is when the body is "tricked" into "thinking" that it's pregnant, and one of symptoms IS lactation (given the hormonal disorder caused by a psychological one).That's not even vaguely close to how human anatomy works. Lactation can be caused without pregnancy, sure, but it requires either hormone treatment or incredibly focused stimulation of the nipples and mammaries, ideally both in combination. Thinking milky thoughts won't do shit.
BTW although is rare, this can also happen to a man (couvade)... so if you ever feel like your "breast" is a little full you better go to a doctor
