I mean, is it NTR if you arent even dating said person? I know this game can be a harem if you choose to chase every girl but in a normal world, these girls could also be interested in someone else and i think few games use that mechanic where if you're not chasing said girl, she might go for someone else.
I like a lot of what you said, but quick question: is it confirmed that MC was a virgin before sex scene with Eva? I don't remember exactly what he said in that scene, but I feel like there was nothing that implied he was a virgin. The MC in Once in a Lifetime wasn't a virgin either before the game (I'm pretty sure).They're high schoolers tho, even if 18, high schoolers still. High schoolers who go to an elite school in an elite family area, don't party, don't do drugs, and don't mentkon drinking. Now I'm not saying you have to do those things to have sex, I'm just describing the culture they're in is more like a nice, clean American suburb where most high schoolers don't have sex. Annie is confirmed a virgin, Nova had never seen a penis, and possibly the others too. I didn't say fixed progression (Annie thighjob already disproves that), I said gradual.
Even Orion himself isn't really in a rush to lose his virginity. Ya he wants sex, but he's young and inexperienced enough to where he is quite satisfied with outercourse and non-penetration and didn't try to initiate penetration with any of the main love interests (including Nancy as she was the one who initiated)
And fitting that of the main love interests, the only one who was ready to jump right to penetrative sex is the mature woman, and the only one proven to be experienced.

He harrasses Lauren (arguably the "main" love interest, and if not, then at the least, evidently Caribdis's personal favorite) multiple times. You flee from him and then fight him, which is no trifling event, especially as he even pulls a knife on you. You gamble against him, once again for Lauren's sake.
Arguably, Axel has directly opposed or been in a position of antagonism less at this point than Tom had. We never full on fought Axel, only stopped him once from harrassing someone we care about, and besides that and getting hit a couple times, just some idle trash talk

You're right, but two things:
1. No matter what Orion and Annie might say, they're pretty much dating if you follow her route.
2. People who think another male character interacting with a female character is NTR don't care about specifics like that. I mean, we're playing an animated porn game. They want their game to be exactly like they want their real life to be, as the only man girls ever talk to.
So you're saying Michaela is our next conquest.

I'm going for everyone so yeah, Orion and Annie are clearly dating already, about the 2nd point, i know it's a game and people want every girl to focus on them but in some games where harem isnt an option, it would be cool a mechanic like the one i mentioned.

I believe Young Mr. Richards said Micaela looked more than ready to confront the Avengers, and he clearly doesn't want to get into a fight with Chang over a girl, so it can be said that there won't be any pursuit of her. Plus, he's afraid of her to some extent (Micaela of the Boreal Valley was called in the Dark Souls reference).

He admits that he's never "been" with a girl if you didn't have sex with Eva and/or Maat, so yeah it is pretty much confirmed. Some people would argue that he still is a virgin since he only did it in Eternum but that's another debate entirely.
Don't know about OIAL though, another reason to replay the game before Eternum's next update (is it even mentionned in the game ? can't remember at all).
Huh, I don't remember that, I figured Orion would be more explicit about the fact he's a virgin. I haven't played OIAL in a while so I could be wrong, but I don't think the MC implied that he was a virgin during any of the early scenes.

If you haven't had sex with Eva or Maat he just says he's never been with a girl, and I assume he's not lying since he's alone with Nancy at this time, and has no reason to lie. Also if you've been with Eva OR Maat, he says "I have once" and if you've been with both he says "a couple of times".

I can't check right now but if I remember correctly there's a short "just the tip" moment with Rebecca blindfolded but the first real sex might be with Jasmine during the party. Don't think there's any indication if that's his first time or not though.

MC spent the last ten years living in Europe, right? Can't be arsed looking but I suspect the numbers would be more than a little different over here. Age of consent is lower in most European countries for a start.
Can't talk about all of Europe, but at least in germany it's pretty on par. More in fact. About 30% for girls aged 17, while 36% for boys the same age. For children with immigration background it's even more. 41% for boys and 61 for girls.
