I mostly agree with you but my sense is that there's more foreshadowing of a scene with Annie + Dalia than between Annie + Nancy.

On one hand, there are a couple of occasions where Nancy hugs Annie and calls her cute, adorable, and how she wants to "eat her whole" or something like that. On the other hand, Annie's obsession with Dalia's butt is IMO even more sexually charged, and there are at least two occasions where Dalia refers to Annie as cute/adorable. Although I admit there might be hints relating to Annie+Nancy that I've forgotten.
