Never said it couldn't, just I find it extreme that the developer went to include that. It's funny in a dark way, I laughed at it, just fucking hell man, didn't expect it. Same with Nova, MC just immediately goes into coom brain after this bitch threatens him with a knife, I get it's a porn game but bizzare as fuck

I first noticed this with Nova, but then started seeing it with other girls in the game: I wonder if the inspiration for the smiles/grins for the female characters were based on this girl, either at the base asset level or when customized by Caribdis. Since I haven't been able to stop seeing it, I won't let y'all stop seeing it, either.

I have no idea.
I've seen the .gif with her before ("Yes" or "Yes yes yes" seem to be the triggers), but she doesn't really have anything out there beyond this and one other similar, brief clip. I saw a SocMed name on a board before, where I saw the two brief clips, but can't remember it. This thought hit me more than a week ago, but I could never find the .gif or a pic using the search terms that came to mind. It finally randomly came up when I was on FB today with "Yes" plastered across the version I saw, and gave me a search term.

Yes, the .gif is just a few seconds, but it was ubiquitous for a very long time a year or so ago, and it sticks with you. Maybe it's pure coincidence, maybe it isn't. But the shape of the smile, teeth touching, eyes, etc., that create the overall expression are extremely similar, almost identical, so it still raises the question for me. When I saw Nova on the phone on that multi-way call, even though there was no animation, I could swear her head was nodding the same way, even though I know it was a still image.

That's the end of the current version (v0.3). As for the next one, it should be released between 4 to 5 months iirc.

To be fair the MC didn't know what they would do. The MC just thinks they are mild troublemakers, skipping school and never doing work. He isn't aware of the content of the conversation they have where they basically threaten the teacher and use coded language to sound like criminals that we see. And they could have just pulled Kia aside and distracted him or something else. From the MC's point of view, they are just two funny old guys he goes to school with. Even in the conversation with them he offers them like five bucks to help him, he isn't expecting anything major, those two are just extra and go above and beyond what was needed.

It's used pretty often in the Eternum discord and has been for as long as I've been in it (since v0.6 of Once in a Lifetime). You can even find a cropped version of it in the emoji section for the discord. Still probably just a coincidence but it's possible they're all inspired from that gif

Also because ask for a favour to two guys who seems love to act like they were some sort of gangsters, isn't the smart thing to do: because if you ask for a favour to a gangster he could ask to return that favour and if you don't do…
I understand that scene was meant to be some sort of joke, but in my humble opinion it was too crude to be funny. In fact I hope to find a way to save the Nancy path (I'm replaying the entire game), without ask for their help

I think you're reading way too much player knowledge into the scene and not taking it at face value.
As far as the MC knows they are just two guys who don't take school seriously and have had to repeat their last year a few times. Also, Nancy and everyone else he's met that knows them says they are good dude, at worst just lazy and a little bit of troublemakers. No one he has met has described them as gangster or criminals. True we assume based on the conversation we heard that they are possible criminals, but the MC didn't hear that conversation. Not to mention that knowing Caribdis there may be a twist with their characters, and they aren't actually criminals at all. They definitely went extra on dealing with Yoga-boy, but then again, you are using player knowledge and post event knowledge to unfairly judge the scene the actions of the MC if he goes to them for help. Kia is also taking advantage of his position with Nancy too; he isn't an innocent guy here. And he's rich, who knows he may even end up being a bad guy, partners with the Alex's dad and such. And Noah and Raul accepted payment, again, the MC's original offer of 5 dollars should tell you his thoughts about it, he never anticipated anything more than them distracting him by maybe taking him aside for a chat or something, so the idea that it will end up with him owing them a favor now is not consistent with the scene as presented.
These are just my thoughts, and you are free to disagree, but I think you're being a little harsh on the scene.
First of all I must apologize because I have written "they are basically gangster", while I should have write "they seems love to act like they were some sort of gangsters"; I will correct the sentence.
About what you have written, it is the opposite of how I actually think. I'm sorry because to explain more accurately my thought, I should replay the game, extract from it the dialogues on which I have based my judgment, but in this moment I don't have the time to do that. Maybe I will give you a better analysis of that scene and why I didn't like it very much in the future (I need to replay that scene); for now let say my disappointment has roots by far deeper than the simple fact Orion asked for help to those two guys.
