Anyone with a savefile from 7.0 or 7.5? i have moved computer since the update and i dont fancy replaying all that content for the new update.

I have to agree, this was for sure one of the best updates in a while, well worth the wait

Now seriously you should never trust some random person on the web save files that can contain nasty malware in it unless you really really trust that person or it is someone that have to maintain a good reputation on this site like a modder or moderator etc etc.

You probably messed up or deleted the persistent file in the save folder, usually it is in the persistent file where it is set your game settings/options and usually also the replays and image galleries besides other things I guess. There is two save folders though, one in the current installed game (I usually copy paste the old version save folder to the new one) and in an address where all the renpy game save files are stored, usually the location is in the System drive (usually C:/Users/"your user name in windows"/appdata/roaming/Renpy folder, by default the appdata folder is hidden so you have to set your file explorer so you can see hidden folders to see it).

So now I need you to tell me how you installed the the game version 0.8, if by a fresh full install or by an update only patch. Do you even have access to your old saves? Do you merged the old installation save folder to the new one? Too many questions because we lack information.

I could suggest you to use the multi mod that is in the OP, it has a gallery unlocker built-in, but no idea if you like using those mods that also have a walkthrough. You can always use an Universal Gallery Unlocker mod, there are plenty of them if you search on this forum, probably some of them work. I don't need UGU's even if I messed my persistent file because I always play with the multi mod anyway, but fortunately never had to use the unlock gallery button so far.

I copied the save file in the new archive (in the game file in the archive, where it belong), deleted the whole previous version of the game and i unzipping the new one with the save , i always do it like that to avoid unwanted update problem. I didn't touch the one in appdata.

Yeah that is the correct thing to do. Somehow the persistent file didn't "load" the things you had unlock. Did you notice also that the preferences menu setting got reset to default? Usually when it does it means the persistent file got deleted or maybe corrupted dunno and also didn't carried what you had unlocked. There isn't much to do when that happens unless you want to use an unlocker to solve it faster. Mine kept things unlocked that I already had.

All of my saves say they were created on another device, when I say I trust them, it gives me an error that if ignored dumps me into a new game, and Renpy Repack says "Sorry, something went wrong with the files format." Can anyone help? View attachment 4361439

I fixed it. It was SanchoMod. Got the SaveFixer and it worked after hitting Yes this time. I miss Sancho.

Yep preference got reset, music got back to max even though i lowered it long time ago. Strange thing is the persistent file's still with the other .save

Yeah and since you ran the game now the persistent file in appdata location and in the game save folder already was overwritten. There isn't much you can do now unless the fast way with a unlocker mod/file or the slow way start a new game with unseen text skipping and using control key all the way remembering the choices you made and run thru all the gallery scenes you want to unlock .
Edit: If you still have your 0.7 version with the persistent file in it you can try copy paste it to the new version save folder. But I guess you said you already deleted it right?

I could send you my persistent file but that would be against and contradictory/hypocrite to what I replied to a member in this thread like 40 minutes ago that we should never use save/persistent files from random people in the web/this site so I would never do that.

I really like that doing the harem path requires you to also help out a male character like Jerry. He was an ass but you can make him a better person and sort of become his friend. And of course, doing this makes sure Jerry stops pestering Dalia.
Caribdis did something similar in Once in a Lifetime, but I didn't like how you literally had to brainwash the bully and the fat kid to continue the harem route.

Just figured, something were messing with one of the files in the ren'py file (the one inside roaming) i deleted everything related to games except the token file and then the preference settings has stopped reseting each time i launched the game, same for the gallery locked and unlocked they keep the unlocked this time... Now i just have to start the game from the beggining again and unlock them all again

Besides the fact that it was a great update and Caribdis as always loves to torment us with his cliffhangers and breaks at the most interesting moments, I noticed one thing.
This is MC, who began to behave more and more arrogantly and even getting a bullet from two lowlives did not relieve his overconfidence.
He threatens El Coyote that he can take the artifact and the Gem, and moreover, he acts completely irresponsibly, moving to Eternum without an implant. And even more retarded, that he did it with Dalia, putting her life at risk. We know that implants are tricky and can leave your consciousness in Eternum, but without an implant, death in Eternum is final and irrevocable.
I don't have Dalia's route active, but suppose the consequences for her are worse on it, since Hassan will reject her as "impure" and send her to the incubator, because we had full scenes with her, right? If Orion is ready to risk himself, then he should have gathered his senses and dissuaded Dalia.
I hope that after fight with Thanatos, MC will touch some grass and come to his senses.

Another good thing is that Annie finally got character development and growth, bringing the most badass scenes of the update:
